		<description>That's true the USA does experiment with this.  However it seems pretty rare that the state or federal government rolls out Anti-Aircraft and rocket launcher emplacements to clear up the rain during a Cardinals or Yankees game.  There's a big distinction here.</description>

		<description>Note that countries (including the US) have been doing this since at least the 50's.  There is no real evidence that it actually works, but the US still spends a fair chunk of taxpayer money for research into cloud seeding.</description>
