I was sick like that 1.5 years ago and it sent me to the ER. I won't go unless I see bone sticking out of skin, believe me. But this was bad. I was up all night, sick out of both ends like you are, and I couldn't even keep water down. Then the dry heaves began and the pain got worse. I'll tell you. It was the best visit to an ER ever. Because they got me rehydrated with an IV and they were also sympathetic enough to give me some morphine through the IV for the pain. BLISS after the night I had. I hope you get better ASAP. I know it's miserable to feel this way, and the fact that you have to work really SUPER sucks. I can TOTALLY sympathize. I was sick like that 1.5 years ago and it sent me to the ER.
