Taco Bell is cruel and sadistic

We miss many things from the States. Especially when it comes to food. But one thing we consistently crave is Taco Bell. It’s cheap and relatively good and the menu is always changing (which isn’t always a good thing). So what do I find in my e-mail today? A freaking e-mail from Taco Bell telling me all about their newest menu items. Bastards.

No Taco Bell in Hong Kong? That’s a bummer.

Us native Californians have the same crave for our In-N-Out Burger. It’s the best in the world. Luckily, I’ve only lived in three states - California, Nevada and Arizona. In-N-Out Burger is only in those three states. I don’t think I’ll live anywhere else.

Jason, I don’t think that is lucky. I think that is deliberate planning on your part.

There is Taco Bell in Singapore but it’s an extremely limited menu because it’s merged with KFC. Add to that the 4 hour flight to get there and it doesn’t help much….

Ahhh, yes. I love Taco Smell as well, very much. I know what you mean about the menu thing… there are things I wish so much they would keep after teasing me with the tastiness.
I’m not going to be even crueler and tell you that I plan on having Taco Bell tomorrow. Oh no. That would be highly rude of me.

Heeeey… do you mind if I ask a technical question? I’m so frustrated and overwhelmed.

See… My mom bought me a new Hi-Def LCD flat screen, an LG 20 inch just FYI. So then we decided to upgrade our DVD and VCR equipment as well.

And now I’m in HDMI hell. Do you know much about this? I know that PS3 uses HDMI so I’m hoping you might have some knowledge or opinions about it.

We originally did buy the $70 HDMI cable from Beast Buy (wink) but I took it back after reading online about the price gouging.
However, I just bought an HDMI cable from FireFold and even though the specs promised it would go up to 1080p and i… it’s not. (Oh, btw, we did buy another LG product, a DVD/VCR with digital antenna so we could pretend we’re, like, really cool and up-to-date with things. Ha ha.)

ANYWAYS. I am just so baffled and frustrated. I have been reading so many things online and I’m so confused. This one says HDMI isn’t worth it, that one says it’s the only way to go. This one says that the $6 cable I just bought is every bit as good as the $70 one… but it’s not working as out as well in my experience already.

Is there any help or advice you could give me? Pretty please?
