Should be sleeping but…
we are back from the concert and I have to share.

Even though it’s been 15 or 16 years since I last saw The Cure in concert, I can honestly say that Robert Smith has lost nothing over the years. And now that they’ve regrouped as a four piece band and lost most of the techno and keyboards, they rock. I mean seriously rock. And the best parts were that they played mostly their old stuff from the biggest faves to the more obscure oldies (which I loved) and some of the funny keyboard stuff Robert or Porl were able to recreate just using their guitars.
It was an amazing show. If you are a fan and tickets go on sale for a venue near you, do yourself a favor and go. This may be the last tour ever.

I used to have a life sized Robert Smith poster in my dorm room.
I loved him, you know.
*envious* I wanna go see them in concert. I’ll have to make sure i find out if they’re coming here.
