A Quick Review

Thursday, February 28th, 2002

Thought I would make a quick review of something I finished reading a couple of weeks ago: Bruce Campbell‘s autobiography, “If Chins Could Kill: Confessions of a B-Movie Actor“. If you do not know who Bruce Campbell is, I pity you. No, really. He was the star of all three Evil Dead movies as well as the TV Shows “The adventures of Brisco County Jr” and “Jack of All Trades.” He showed up in Hercules and Xena as well.

Anyway, the book is great. I love his humor and outlook on Hollywood and his career. I highly recommend it to any fans of his, the Evil Dead series, Hecules or Xena fans and anyone else.

Work is so weird…

Going to work is an odd thing nowadays. You see, the company I work for is going out of business. Myself and the rest of the people who have survived this long are there only to clean up and work ourselves out of a job. That in itself is depressing. What’s worse is that most of us do not know exactly when our last day will be. I have a basic idea, but the way things are going it could be longer. Or if my boss got his way I would be gone by now. Not because I’m a bad employee. Because the more money he saves as we shut down the better bonus he will get. So work is really odd as everyone kinda goes about what little work there is gossiping about when things are gonna finally end.

Well, here it is. I’ve gotten this Nucleus to work and it was surprisingly simple. “Well done” to the makers of this prog. Now all I need to do is figure out how to manipulate it into what I want to use.
Note: I am no longer using Nucleus. Although, the well done to the Nucleus programmer still applies. All Nucleus realted posts have been deleted. :)
